  1. Since I haven’t had any money to see many films in the theatre the last few years, it’s only been at most one a year, so my choices are limited! Luckily, the movies I did see were pretty good. If I were able to see Flow in the theatre, that would be my choice, but the last great movie I saw was Nosferatu, the Eggers version. I loved the look and sound of it and how it managed to be its own thing despite there being two other versions before it. The attention to the folklore of the time period really impressed me as I am a nut for that sort of thing!

    1. “Flow” is one of the best animated depictions of a cat . . . ever. Remarkable film, especially considering there is zero dialogue in the whole thing. And yes, “Nosferatu” is indeed great! Good (and varied) answers! Thanks, Vince!
